Photographers in the market for a modular, lightweight and portable camera slider and dolly may be interested in a new system created by photographer and designer Pablo Goñi based in Noáin, Spain. Watch the demonstration video below to learn more about the modular camera motion system called Ápodo which has this week taken to Kickstarter to raise the required €30,000 needed to bring the design into production.
The Ápodo Dolly is available to back with earlybird pledges available from €506 or roughly £442. Both motorised and programmable the camera dolly is equipped with a rechargeable battery and a 12 V power supply connection. “Slider & Dolly is the perfect solution for people who need a versatile, programmable and portable slider that fits in a backpack. This premium two-in-one product offers all the benefits of a motorised slider, with the best of a motorised dolly.”
