Back in October we heard that around 90 percent of official Apple Chargers on Amazon were actually fake devices and Apple was going after one company which was responsible for the majority of these fake products.
Amazon is now looking to remove more fake products from its website according to Bloomberg and this will apparently be one of the retailers major goals for next year.
Amazon is apparently building teams of people in both the US and Europe to work with major brands in an attempt to get these fake products off Amazon.
The company had apparently been in talks with Major League Baseball and the NFL about stocking their merchandise on Amazon, but talks apparently stalled because of concerns of fake products being sold on the site.
Amazon recently removed hundreds of thousands of fake reviews from its site and it now looks like the retailer has set its sights on removing fake products next.
