Alltell has added another Android smartphone to their line up with the launch of the LG Axis, which comes with Google Android 2.1 and features a slide out QWERTY keyboard, it is basically the carriers version of the LG Ally.
The LG Axis also comes with a 3.2 megapixel camera and features a 3.2 inch touchscreen display, plus Blutooth, integrated WiFi and GPS.
“Alltel Wireless is excited to offer a versatile, feature-rich smartphone with superior capabilities,” said Scott Moody, Alltel Wireless Vice President of Products and Services. “LG Axis allows you to navigate through multiple screens with a simple touch or utilize the slide out keyboard for quick, accurate messaging.”
The LG Axis will be available on Alltel $89.99 after rebates and you will have to sign up to a two year mobile contract.
