T-Mobile launches the first Google Android Phone – T-Mobile G1
T-Mobile has released details of the first Google Android mobile phone, the T-Mobile G1.
The T-Mobile G1 measures in at 4.6 x 2.16 x 0.63 inches, it features a 65k colour HVGA screen with a resolution of 480 x 320.
There is 130 hours of standby and 5 hours of talk time, GPS, a 3.1 megapixel camera.
The T-Mobile G1 will feature once click google search, and easy access to all Google Apps, including Gmail, YouTube, Calendar, Google Talk and Google Maps which will include satellite, traffic and street views.
There is no word on pricing or availability as yet.

It’s damn ugly, that’s for sure.
Looks like the bottom part is an after thought, as if it snaps onto the rest of the case.
While I’m sure T-Mobile will be happy to with their first-out-of-the-traps bragging rights, design-wise, it’s a no-go…
