Samsung and Apple are currently engaged in various lawsuits around the world, Apple was recently awarded over $1 billion in damages from Samsung in their court case in the US.
It looks like Apple doesn’t intend to stop there, as they have now apparently complained to the Korean regulators about Samsung and its licensing practices for its 3G patents.
Apple apparently filed the complaint with the Korean regulators earlier in the year, and they said that “We are reviewing whether allegations in the complaint lodged by Apple are true.
It will be interesting to see what the outcome of the investigation is, and whether Samsung will fall foul of the regulators in their home country.
