The Samsung Galaxy Alpha is rumored to launch some time in August, and now according to a recent report, the handset could be available in limited quantities at launch.
The new Galaxy Alpha smartphone is rumored to come with premium materials and a metal casing, the handset appears to have similar specs to the much rumored Samsung Galaxy S5 Prime also known as the Samsung Galaxy F.
The reason that the handset will apparently be available in limited quantities at launch is apparently down to the metal casing on the device.
According to Gforgames, Samsung are having trouble getting enough of the cases they need made for the handset, which could either mean that it will be launched as a limited edition handset, or supplies will be limited at launch.
What we have heard previously is that the Samsung Galaxy Alpha or Samsung Galaxy F, will come with a QHD 5.1 inch display with a resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels.
The device is rumored to be powered by a quad core 2.5GHz Snapdragon 805 processor from Qualcomm and will apparently come with 3GB of RAM.
The cameras on the new handset are same as the Galaxy S5, which will include a front facing 2.1 megapixel camera and a rear facing 16 megapixel camera.
The device is rumored to launch some time next month, it is not clear as yet on whether the device will launch as the Samsung Galaxy F or the Samsung Galaxy Alpha.
