HoverMast Is A Tethered Hovering Platform

An Israeli company named Sky Sapience has created its own version of the Parrot AR, but this new rotocopter is aimed at military usage.
As for Gabriel Shachor, CEO and Founder of Sky Sapience, the HoverMast is made mainly for small vehicles such as the Guardium-LS from G-Nius for metropolitan security, boarder protection as well as other crowd control functions.
This craft is equipped with a system that can collect and sent out data while flying 50 meters above an auto. With the integrated cable which delivers a power supply and data connection, the HoverMast machine can provide the highest payload-to-size ratio offered today with its higher flight standards and modern equipments.
As through its data connection, vital data can now be transferred to preferred receivers in no time. It weighs about 10 kg and can carry 9 kg payloads including laser designators, radar, electro-optic sensors and advanced COMINT and ELINT systems.
The HoverMast tethered hovering platform will be seen at the approaching AUVSI conference and exhibition in Tel-Aviv.
