Epson has announced the launch of a new home cinema projector that falls into the companies PowerLite line. The new projector is called the PowerLite Home Cinema 750HD and it supports both 2-D and 3-D content. The projector uses 3LCD technology and has a surprisingly low price.
The projector will be available in late March for $899. The projector promises 3000 lumens of light and color light output. The projector supports full HD resolution for 2-D content or 720p resolution with active shutter 3-D content.
The projector ships with a single pair of active 3-D glasses and has a 1.2 times optical zoom lens. The projector can throw an image up to 300-inches in size from 35.5 feet from the projection surface. The included pair of glasses is good for up to 40 hours of use on a full charge and up to three hours with a 3 minute quick charge.
