Samsung unveiled their impressive Ativ lineup last month in London at Samsung Premiere 2013 press conference. The list of devices features Ativ Q hybrid dual boot laptop that runs Windows 8 and Android, and Ativ Book 9 laptops.
Earlier this week, the pre-orders started for Samsung Ativ Q Hybrid laptop for €1,599 in Germany. From today, the lineup is also available for pre-orders in the UK as well, with Ativ Q being priced at £1,399 while Ativ Book 9 Lite is available for £499 for the non-touch version and £599 for the touch screen version. Lastly, the Ativ Book 9 Plus is priced slightly higher than its counterparts and is available for £1,299.
The Ativ Q Hybrid is a convertible, dual boot laptop plus tablet that runs Windows 8 and Android. Other specifications include Core i5 1.6 GHz processor, 4GB RAM, 128GB SSD, LAN, WLAN, BT, Webcam and Integrated Graphics.
On the other hand, ATIV Book Plus features a 13.3 inch touchscreen, Intel Core i5 1.6GHz processor, 4GB RAM, 128GB SSD, LAN, WLAN, BT, Webcam, Integrated Graphics, Windows 8 and is only available in black color.
ATIV Book 9 Lite is available in 2 colors: black and white. The lower end tablets feature a quad-core 1.4GHz processor, 4GB RAM, 128GB SSD, LAN, WLAN, BT, Webcam, Integrated Graphics and Windows 8 with the choice available between the touchscreen and non-touch versions.
If you don’t want to pre-order yourself one of these tablets, Amazon will start selling the ATIV Book 9 ultrabooks and ATIV Q Hybrid tablet on July 19 and July 12, respectively.
