
A new Android tablet has been unveiled this week in the form of the Teclast X70 3G which is the first tablet to be equipped with an latest Intel Atom x3 processor, and is priced at around $50 in China.
If you live outside China the price rises to around $70 from the likes of Geekbuying for the Android tablet but still provides a low cost way of enjoying Android 4.4 KitKat on a tablet.
Features of the new Teclast X70 3G tablet include the already mentioned Intel Atom x3-C3130 processor that offers users a 1 GHz dual-core processor supported by 512MB of RAM and Mali MP2 graphics together with integrated support for 3G connectivity.
The touchscreen display on the Teclast X70 3G Android tablet offers a 1024 x 600 pixel resolution and the tablet includes a 0.3 megapixel front facing camera for video calling, together with a 2 megapixel rear facing camera for video and photographs. Other features include 802.11n WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0, a micro USB port, microSD card slot, and dual SIM card slot.
