If you’re thinking about getting your hands on the iPhone 6, 6 Plus or the last year’s iPhone 5S, you’re in luck as Walmart is offering the devices at attractive discounts.
Bloomberg reports that Walmart is offering the 16GB iPhone 6 for just $129 tied to a two-year contract, a $50 discount from the company’s usual price and $70 off when compared to Apple Store. Customers are required to sign up a two-year agreement with AT&T, Sprint or Verizon.
Furthermore, the gigantic iPhone 6 Plus could be yours for just $229, a discount of $70 bucks over the official retail price, which brings its on-contract price down to $229. It’s not just the 16GB model, the retailer is also offering the 64GB version at a similar $50 discount compared to the retailer’s usual price (and $70 discount when compared to Apple’s MSRP), which brings it down to $229 for the iPhone 6, and $329 for the iPhone 6 Plus.
Even if you want to go for the last year’s iPhone 5S, it can be yours for just $49 on-contract — it usually costs $99 at Apple Store, tied to a two-year agreement with supported carriers from Apple Store. I
It’s not just Apple iPhone, the big box retailer is also offering Samsung’s flagship device, the Galaxy S5, for as low as $79 on-contract, compared to its $139 price at the retailer.
It sounds very attractive but there’s a catch here: the deal is only available in-store and not online, so you have to find a Walmart location nearby if you want to make use of this sale. The deals will apparently last until Christmas so make sure you find a Walmart near your place, and get your favorite handset.
