Vivitek this week announced they have now started shipping their new Vivitek Qumi HD Pico 3D mini projector. The Vivitek Qumi is the worlds first pocket sized LED HD 3D-ready Pico projector and can be used to project images or media from Apples iPad, PC or even game consoles, using it 300 lumens of brightness and 2500:1 contrast ratio.
Its LED light is designed to provide an estimates 30,000 hours of operation and the Vivitek Qumi HD projector also has a mini-HDMI, universal 24-pin connector for VGA or component connections.
Christopher Yang, senior product manager at Vivitek explains:
“We know that hours of operation, brightness and picture quality are key factors for consumers. The Qumi incorporates the latest LED and other leading-edge technologies and features, such as 3D, to ensure that it is versatile enough to match the range of portable products out in the market.”
The Vivitek Qumi HD weighs just 1.4 lbs and measures 6.3W x 1.2H x 3.9 inches and is now available to purchase for $499 from online retailers.
