Canoical has officially released the latest version of Ubuntu, Ubuntu 10.10 Maverick Meerkat for netbooks, notebooks, desktops and tablet computers.
The latest version features a new user interface for netbooks and other devices with small displays, plus there is also updated email, office and music applications.
There is also integration for backing up date with the Ubuntu One service, and streaming medial files over the Internet.
