When it comes to stress relief, people do different things to make their bodies and minds feel more relaxed and less tense. One common way that people relieve stress is through stress balls. Squeezing stress balls is a way to release anxious energy and help a person relax their muscles and feel less uptight. Designer Diana Lin has recently created a stress ball called the dlight bubbles.
The stress balls are made of soft, silicon material that envelops tiny LED lights. This gives the stress balls a gentle glow. Each time a person squeezes the ball the LED lights up and the ball gives out a little whooo sound with each pinch.
The combination of light and sound enhances the stress relief experience. The dlight bubbles are available for $139. For that price, a person can get 12 silicon bubbles to squeeze their daily stresses away. The little balls also provide a soft ambient light that can be used in any room in the house such as being placed on a nightstand.
