The Sony Xperia T is expected to launch with a range of mobile carriers later this month, and we had expected the SIM free version to launch around the same time.
Now according to a recent report. the SIM free version of the Sony Xperia T may actually be delayed until January of next year, the news comes from mobile retailer Expansys.
The Sony Xperia T will come with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich and features a 4.55 inch touchscreen display, there is also a dual core 1.5GHz processor and a 13 megapixel camera.
Other specifications on the Sony Xperia T include a front facing 1.3 megapixel camera for video chat, 16GB of built in storage plus 50GB of free cloud storage.
Sony has yet to release any information on when the SIM free version of the Xperia T will be available, as soon as we get some more information we will let you guys know.
