Samsung has been doing very well with their Android based tablets, and now it would appear that the company has some other tablets in the works, which will be released later this year, although instead of Android these new tablets will come with Windows RT.

According to a recent report by Bloomberg, Samsung is working on a Windows RT based tablet, and the device is expected to launch in October, of course this has yet to be confirmed by Samsung.

Windows 8 Tablet

Bloomberg have said that the Samsung Windows tablet will come with a Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, unfortunately we don’t as yet have any other specifications on the device.

It will be interesting to see what Samsung released, and whether or not they are able to make their new Windows based tablets as popular as their range of Android tablets.
