It looks like the new Samsung Galaxy S10 5G handset is a popular device for Samsung, according to a recent report the smartphone maker has now sold one million units of their first 5G smartphone in South Korea.
Samsung launched their Galaxy S10 5G smartphone in South Korea in the 5th of April, so it has taken the company around eighty days to reach this milestone.
These one million sales are for South Korea alone, it does not count other countries like the UK and the US, both of which the handset has launched in recently.
Samsung is apparently selling around 15,000 units of their S10 5G in their home country, the do not appear to have much competition, the only other 5G handset available in the LG V50 ThinQ. It will be interesting to find out what the global sales of Samsung’s 5G device are.
