Yesterday we saw some leaked photos of the new Samsung Galaxy TabPro S Windows 10 tablet and now Samsung has made the device official.
The Samsung Galaxy TabPro S comes with a 12 inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 2160 x 1440 pixels and the device is powered by an Intel Core M dual core 2.2GHz processor, there is also 4GB of RAM.
Storage comes in the form of either a 128GB or a 256GB SSD and the device features a 5200 mAh battery, Cat.6 LTE, WiFi, Bluetooth and a choice of Windows 10 Home or Windows 10 Pro. There is also a 5 megapixel rear camera with auto focus and a 5 megapixel front camera.
“Galaxy TabPro S balances the best of Samsung’s Galaxy Tab with the wealth of features on the Windows 10 operating system for the most advanced tablet experience on the market,” said Dongjin Ko, President and Head of Mobile Communications Business at Samsung Electronics. “We’re thrilled to be working with Microsoft Corp. to deliver a 2-in-1 tablet that truly allows people to enjoy productivity and connections that matter most, through a seamless mobile station designed for all purposes.”
The device comes with a battery life of up to 10.5 hours and it can be recharged in 2.5 hours, it will also come with an optional keyboard. The Samsung Galaxy TabPro S will go on sale in February, Samsung have not revealed any pricing as yet.
