Samsung Galaxy Tab S Tablets Up For Pre-order In The U.S.

Samsung Galaxy Tab S

The new Samsung Galaxy Tab S tablets are now available to pre-order in the U.S. from a number of retailers, the 8.4 inch model will set you back $399.99 and the 10.5 inch model will set you back $499.99.

This is the WiFi only model of the new tablet, and it is available to pre-order from a range of retailers which include, Best Buy, Amazon, Frys and more.

The new Samsung Galaxy Tab S tablets come with a Super AMOLED display that has a resolution of 2560 x 1600 pixels, and processing on the WiFi only model is in the form of an eight core Samsung Exynos 5420 processor, it also comes with 3GB of RAM.

The WiFi and 4G LTE model is not available to pre-order as yet, this version will come with a quad core 2.3GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor.

Samsung Galaxy Tab S

Both versions of the tablets come with either 16GB or 32GB of built in storage, there is also a microSD card slot that supports up to 128GB cards.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S tablets also come with a 2.1 megapixel front facing camera and an 8 megapixel rear camera that features an LED flash and auto-focus.

These new Super AMOLED equipped Android tablets come with the latest version of Google’s mobile OS, Android 4.4 Kit Kat, and they will start shipping early next month.
