According to a new road surfacing from Taiwanese shores, Samsung has started rolling out the Android 7.0 Nougat update for the Galaxy S7 Edge and Galaxy S7 in the country, carrying model numbers SM-G930F and SM-G935F, respectively.
The update is sized at 1.3Gb so make sure you’re connected to a WiFi network before you commence the download.
The update ships with a handful of new features, as well a handful of bug fixes and stability improvements on board, including improved security, better notifications and lots more.
The update is rolling out as we speak and may take a few days to completely reach all devices. Don’t panic if you don’t see it right away, it will show a notification as soon as its available for your device. Alternatively, you can manually check by going to Settings » About Device » Download Updates Manually to update your device.
