The Samsung Galaxy S5 Prime is expected to launch next month, and now a version of the Samsung Galaxy S5 with a QHD has been spotted online.
The device has been listed on a Hong Kong price directory, and the handset comes with the model number SM-G906S, which is apparently the South Korean version of the Galaxy S5 Prime for SK Telecom.
The Galaxy S5 Prime will apparently launch with the major carriers in South Korea, and each will have a different model number, the SM-G90K will be for Korea Telecom and the SM-G906L will be for LG U+, you can see the listing below.
As you can see from the photo, the specifications on this handset, which is called the Galaxy S5 LTE-A are pretty much the same as the ones we are hearing for the Galaxy S5 Prime.
As we mentioned previously the Galaxy S5 Prime is expected to feature a 5.1 inch QHD display with a 2560 x 1440 pixel resolution, it will also come with a quad core 2.5GHz Snapdragon 805 processor and 3GB of RAM, these tie in with the specifications in the photo above.
We are also expecting the handset to feature 32GB of built in storage and a microSD card slot that will support cards of up to 128GB.
The S5 Prime will also come with a 2 megapixel front facing camera and a 16 megapixel rear camera, and the device will come with Android 4.4 Kit Kat and Samsung’s TouchWiz.
As we heard yesterday, the S5 Prime is expected to go on sale around the middle to the end of June, which means we should have an announcement for the device in early June.
