The budget-friendly Samsung Galaxy J3 (2017) has been cleared by TENAA in China, and also passed through the FCC which is usually the last stop before the handset is officially available in the market. We’ve even seen a leaked press render (pictured above) of the handset.
Recently, the alleged Samsung Galaxy J3 (2017) was also spotted on GFXBench revealing its existence as well as the specifications the handset is expected to launch with.
As per the listing on GFXBench, the handset comes with a model number SM-J327, and will come with a 5-inch display sporting a resolution of 1280 by 720 pixels with the processing handled by a quad-core Snapdragon processor clocked at 1.4GHz.
Other features includes 1.5/2GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage, 5MP rear camera for photos and videos, 2MP front-facing camera and Android 6.0 Marshmallow as the operating system.
As mentioned before, the Galaxy J3 (2017) is a budget-friendly offering so these specifications sounds reasonable enough for an entry-level handset. We’ll update you as soon as the handset is officially announced by the Korean company.
