We have been hearing rumors about the Samsung Galaxy Alpha for a while now, and according to a recent report, the handset will be launching next week.
Samsung will apparently make the new Samsung Galaxy Alpha official on the 4th of August, the device is rumored to come with a metal frame, like we recently saw in some leaked photos.
So far we have heard that the new Galaxy Alpha will feature a 4.8 inch display that will have a HD resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels, the handset is said to be powered by a quad core processor, possibly a Snapdragon 800 processor.
Other rumored specification on the Galaxy Alpha will include 2GB of RAM and 32GB of built in storage, unfortunately this can not be expanded as there will be no microSD card slot.
It looks like Samsung will launch a couple of versions of the handset as we have seen photos of different backs of the handset, one with an LTE-A logo, which will probably launch in South Korea.
As soon as we get some more details on the new Samsung Galaxy Alpha, include full specifications on the handset, and some decent photos of the device, we will let you guys know.
