Moleskin and Paper App creators FiftyThree have announced this week that they are jointing forces to provides a digital printing service to users of their award winning Paper sketchbook app.
The new digital printing service allows users of their applications to print hard copies of their digital sketches for $40 in the format of a 15 page full-colour printed book.
The new service has launched in the US this week and International orders are available but you will need to sough up for the extra postage costs from the US. The press release readers:
“We are printing onto paper that has a matte finish, so colors will not be as bright as when you look at them on a glossy, backlit screen. Additionally, pure white will not be printed. Instead, the slightly cream colored background will show through, which will affect the tone of your highlights.
If you’re sketching with the intention of creating a Book, using colors that are a little brighter than you’d normally use on a screen will ensure that your colors are still bright when they come off the press.”
