It looks like the Oppo R5 will be launching in the UK shortly as the handset is now listed for pre-order on Amazon with a release date of the 20th of February.
The Oppo R5 is available to pre-order of £269.99 and this is for a SIM free version of the handset without the need for a new contract.
As a reminder the Oppo R5 comes with a 5.2 inch Full HD display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, and processing is provided by a 64-bit octa core Snapdragon 615 processor from Qualcomm.
Other specifications on the handset include 2GB of RAM and 16GB of included storage, the handset comes with 4G LTE and Android 4.4.4 KitKat.
The Oppo R5 is equipped with a 2000 mAh battery and it comes with a 5 megapixel front facing camera and a 13 megapixel rear camera. The device is incredibly thin measuring just 4.85mm thick, you can find out more information at the link below.
