Earlier today we heard that sales of Nokia’s Lumia mobile phones were down from the previous quarter, although at the time there were no details on exactly how many devices had been sold.
Now Nokia has revealed that they sold a total of 8.2 million Nokia Lumia handsets in quarter four of 2013, this is down from 8.8 million from the previous quarter.
Whilst sales of Nokia’s Lumia handsets may bee down from the third quarter, they have still increased some 86 percent for the same quarter of 2012.
Nokia and Microsoft are in the process of completing their deal which will see Microsoft take over Nokia’s mobile phone business and also the Lumia brand.
The Nokia and Microsoft deal is rumored to be finalized before the end of the month, as soon as we get some mroe information, we will let you guys know.
