The Nokia N8 is due to launch some time in Q3 of 2010, now it seems that it may be available in the UK as early as the 26th of August 2010, one UK retailer, Mobile Fun has the Nokia N8 listed with a launch date of the 26th of August 2010, and priced at £419.95 for an unlocked version.
The Nokia N8 features a 3.5 inch capacitive touchscreen display with a resolution of 640 x 360 pixels, and it features 16GB of built in storage, plus a microSD card slot that can take up to 32GB cards.
The Nokia N8 also features a 12 megapixel camera with a Carl Zeiss lens and a Xenon flash, plus integration with a range of social networking sites like Facebook and Twitter and updates are delivered directly to the N8’s home screen, and it also feature access to a range of Nokia OVI services.
We have also heard that the Nokia N8 will be available with mobile operators T-Mobile and Vodafone here in the UK, although neither company has confirmed a launch date.
