Canadians looking forward to get their hands on the new Nokia will be pleased to learn that Nokia has now launched the two handsets in Canada.
The new Nokia smartphone is equipped with a 41 megapixel sensor and is equipped with Nokia’s PureView technology, together with Optical Image Stabilisation providing users with a wealth of features to capture photographs with.
The Nokia Lumia 1020 is powered by a dual core Qualcomm Snapdragon 1.5GHz processor, supported by 2GB of RAM and comes with 32GB of built in storage. Other Nokia Lumia 1020 features include a Xenon flash for photo and an LED light for videos recording and is fitted with a 4.5 inch WXGA AMOLED display with a resolution of 1280 x 768 pixels.
While the Nokia Lumia 625 smartphone has been designed as a mid-range device equipped with a larger than life 4.7-inch WVGA display offering a resolution of 800 x 480 pixels.
The Nokia Lumia 625 is powered by a dual-core Snapdragon S4 processor with a clock speed of 1.2GHz, supported by 512MB RAM, together with 8GB internal storage with a microSD card slot, 5 megapixel camera on the rear and a 2,000 mAh battery all running Windows Phone 8 out of the box. Matt Rothschild, Vice President, Nokia North America explained in this weeks press release:

Both the Nokia Lumia 1020 and 625 smartphone will be available in Canada from October 3rd 2013.
