Nintendo will launch their new Wii U console in the UK tomorrow, at 12.01 am on the 30th of November, and they just dropped us an email to let us know that their eShop will be available in the Nintendo Wii U in the UK and Europe from tomorrow.
There will be exclusive content for the Wii U available in Nintendo’s eShop, and Wii U Premium pack owners will also have access to the Nintendo Network premium, where you can earn points with each purchased from their eShop.
The Nintendo Network and many other online functions of Wii U will be up and running when the brand new HD home console from Nintendo launches across Europe this Friday November 30th. After connecting Wii U to the Internet and running a System Update* Wii U owners will be able to access Miiverse, Wii U Chat, a dedicated Internet Browser, as well as Nintendo eShop. Offering a variety of exclusive games to download as well as select downloadable versions of packaged software** from Nintendo and other publishers such as New Super Mario Bros. U, Nintendo Land, ZombiU, FIFA 13 and more, demos of games and special offers on day one, Nintendo eShop is the digital storefront for Wii U. Additional applications such as YouTube, UPLAY and NETFLIX willalso available to download through Nintendo eShop on Wii U.
