Apple released their iPhone 5 back in September along with iOS 6, and now it would appear that evidence of the next generation iPhone, which will probably be called the iPhone 5S has appeared.
The guys over at The Next Web have received some details from a number of developers who have discovered a new iPhone with the identifier 6,1 in usage logs, plus a new major version of Apple’s iOS software, iOS 7.
According to the report, the requests found in the developer logs originated from an IP address which belongs to Apple’s Cupertino campus, which gives the impression that Apple’s development team are testing out the new iPhone 5S along with iOS 7.
We suspect we may have some time to wait to see the next generation iPhone from Apple, as they usually release the device around the same time each year, so we may have to wait to September to see the new iPhone 5S.
