When the new Moto X was announced the company announced the Moto X Play and Moto X Style, there will be a third version of the handset available in the US, the Moto X Pure Edition.
The Moto X Pure Edition is basically the Moto X Style Edition with a new name, the handset will be sold unlocked in the US for $399 and it will come with stock Android 5.1 Lollipop.
The hardware on the handset is exactly the same as the X Style Edition and includes a 5.7 inch QHD display with a resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels.
The device is powered by a hexa core Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 processor, it will also come with 3GB of RAM and a choice of either 32GB or 64GB of storage, the handset will come with a microSD card slot which can take up to a 128GB card.
Other specifications on the handset include a 5 megapixel front camera and a 21 megapixel rear camera, the handset is headed to the US this fall.
