Blackberry’s latest flagship devices seems to be doing well. Not too long ago, the company quietly started taking pre-orders of the white version of the handset, and has even confirmed the existence of the red colored Passport which is expected to go on sale in limited quantities on Black Friday.
There’s no word on how limited the quantities will be, but we’ll definitely find out when Black Friday approaches. Recently, some press renders of the Blackberry Passport with a red paint job made their way on the the internet, and yes, it looks quite different and catchy.
Apart from the new color options, there’s nothing too different when it comes to specifications of the handset. There’s a 4.5-inch display sporting a resolution of 1440 by 1440 pixels, and is powered by a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 SoC clocked at 2.26GHz, 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage paired with a microSD card slot which supports up to 128GB of memory.
The handset also features an impressive 13MP camera on the back for photos and videos, as well as a 2Mp front-facing camera, a massive 3,450 mAh battery and runs Blackberry OS 10.3 pre-installed out of the box.
