Linkio Home Automation System

If you are looking for a way to add a smart home automation system to your life you might be interested in a new smart system, that has launched over on the Kickstarter crowdfunding website this week called the Linkio.

Linkio has been specifically designed to provide a smart home solution that transforms all your existing electronics devices into smart devices. Watch the video after the jump to learn more from the creators of the Linkio home automation system.

“At Linkio, we believe that technology should make everyday life a little easier. That’s why we have designed an inexpensive smart home solution that will simplify the way you use and interact with objects in your home. With Linkio, any electronic can be turned into a smart device and controlled with your smartphone.

–  Forget to turn off the oven after breakfast again? No need to leave work to go turn it off- just make sure it’s connected to Le Plug and you’ll be able to turn it off quickly and easily using the smartphone app.

–  Realize that you forgot to turn off the lights in the house before going to bed? If you have your lights connected to Le Switch, turn all the lights off using the smartphone app without ever getting out of bed!

These are just two ways that Linkio will simplify your life. We’re not interested in converting your entire house into a smart home system- we just want to help you make small changes that will help relieve the stresses of everyday life.”

The Linkio project is currently over on the Kickstarter crowd funding website looking to raise €50,000 in pledges to make the jump from concept to production. So if you think Linkio is something you could benefit from, visit the Kickstarter website now to make a pledge and help Linkio become a reality via the link below. If you are thinking of setting up a home automation system you might be interested in our Home Automation Hubs and Systems Guide.
