Apple and Samsung are currently in the middle of one of the largest patent lawsuits between two technology companies, the trial is taking place in the US, and it has revealed some interest details about both Apple and Samsung over the last few weeks.
The trial is being overseen by Judge Lucy Koh, who previously told the two companies to meet in an attempt to come to an agreement before the trial, and now Judge Koh has told told both Apple and Samsung to make peace.
Judge Koh has again ordered Samsung and Apple to attempt to come to an agreement before the trial proceeds further, “I’m going to make one more request that C.E.O.’s from both sides speak by phone,” “It’s at least worth one more try,”.
Son basically Apple and Samsung now have to have further discussions to see if they can come to some sort of agreement before the trial goes any further, if they fail to do so then the trial will proceed to Jury deliberations on the 21st of August.
Whether Apple and Samsung can come to an agreement remains to be seen, if I had to put money on it I would say that the trial will be going before the Jury as neither company seems to want to come to an agreement.
