According to a recent report Apple is requesting more iPhone 7 handsets from its suppliers than analysts have predicted.
Apple’s iPhone sales fell for the first time ever in their recent quarter and Wall Street had predicted that Apple would order around 65 million units of the iPhone 7.
According to a recent report by the Economic Daily Times, Apple has actually ordered considerably more handsets than this for its iPhone launch later this year, between 72 and 78 million units.
Apple’s new iPhones are expected to go on sale some time in September and it looks like the company is expecting sales of their handsets to start increasing again.
