Last week, we heard a report that Huawei will introduce a new Honor 5A smartphone this week, and it seems it was spot on.
Huawei has introduced its latest Honor 5A smartphone, a mid-range offering from the Chinese company boasting a 5.5-inch display with 1280 by 720 pixels resolution.
The handset comes with an octa-core processor paired with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage. The handset also features a 13MP rear camera for photos and videos, an 8MP front-facing camera, a massive 3100 mAh battery and comes with 4G connectivity.
As far as the pricing is concerned, the device carries a 699 RMB price tag (almost $105), and will be available in multiple color options including white, gold, yellow, pink, blue, and black. Customers will be able to pick up the handset from June 17th. At the moment, it’s only available in China, but we’ll update you if we get to hear anything more about the launch of the handset in other markets.
