The new Apple iMac Pro goes on sale tomorrow, this is Apple’s most expensive iMac to date and prices start at $4,999. The device looks like the standard iMac on the outside, although it does come in a different color to the normal iMac, Space Grey.
There will be a number of different options for the new iMac Pro, you can choose from a choice of an 8 core, 10 core , 14 core or 18 core processors. According to Marques Brownlee the 8 and 10 core models will be available from tomorrow.
The new iMac comes with up to 128GB of RAM and up to 4TB of SSD storage, there is also up to 16GB of video RAM. Have a look at the video below which gives us a look at the new iMac and some its features.
What is interesting from the video is that the machine is completely sealed, this means that the RAM can not be upgraded at home like you can with the standard iMac. If you want the new iMac with the maximum RAM, you are going to have to order this when you buy the device.
