It looks like Archos are about to launch a new eReader which is compatible with the new Google ebookstore that was announced yesterday, the Archos 70b.
The guys over at Engadget spotted the Archos 70b on the FCC website, and some of the specifications revealed include integrated 802.11 b/g WiFi, a USB port, a pair of stereo speakers and an SD card.
The Archos 70b will be based on Google’s Android OS, and it will offer support for Adobe Digital Editions DRM eBooks, which means it will be compatible with the new Google ebookstore.
There are no details on when the Archos 70b will be available or how much it will retail for.
