If you have been finding the games provided by the official Apple Arcade game subscription service not to your liking, you may be interested in a new game subscription service launched for iOS devices called GameClub. The new game subscription service is available for the iPhone and iPad and is available to download from the official Apple App Store. Check out the announcement trailer below to learn more about what you can expect from the games and subscription service curated by Eli Hodapp, former editor-in-chief of MacRumors sister website TouchArcade.
A free one-month trial is available to test out the service before you have to part with your hard into cash. For a full list of all the games available via the GameClub subscription service jump over to the official GameClub.io website by following the link below. GameClub works on Apple devices that run iOS 11 and higher.
“In all GameClub games, your progress is saved locally to your device. This means that if you delete a GameClub game from your phone, you will lose your progress. Currently, you cannot sync progress between devices (an iPad and an iPhone, for example). We know that save game syncing and cloud save work are important to our members, and it’s something we are hoping to add soon.”
“To share a subscription with family members, you’ll need to all share a single GameClub login. Using the App Store account that originally subscribed, tap the GameClub icon in the top right corner and create a GameClub username and password (this is different from your App Store username and password). Your family members can access your subscription using that login.”
