Today Evernote has released updates to its range of iOS application with support of the new iOS 4.2 that is expected to be launched by Apple very soon. Some of the new features include, multiple image selections (upto 5) to be added to their notes in one go together with audio notes now being extended to up to 90mins of record time.
Audio playback has also been revamped now allowing for audio files to be played from within a note, without launching Quicktime.
Ability to send files from other apps into Evernote – iOS 4.2 is required, again. Evernote is now registered for PDF, TXT, WAV, MP3, HTML and several other file types. Inside Safari, you can open PDF and TXT files and send them to Evernote, too.
Printing from Evernote has also been added but in order for it to work smoothly your Mac should run the latest version of OS X with AirPrint configured, and there needs to be an AirPrint-compatible printer on the network.
