Owners of the Vita TV might be interested in a new handheld portable gaming system called the DekaVita 7 that has been created by Japanese company Gametech and allows you to make your Vita TV portable.
The DekaVita 7 is fitted with a slot on the rear into which your Vita TV hardware is slid to create a connection, then using a 7 inch IPS screen lets you enjoy your Vita TV on the go.
Pre-orders are now open for the DekaVita 7 which will be officially launching sometime in the spring of 2015 and will be priced at 23,000 yen when it launches. Although it is now available to pre-order via the GameTech website at a discount saving you 4,000 yen.
The DekaVita 7 also include gaming button and HDMI and AC connectors for the Vita TV but no touchscreen support. For more information on the new DekaVita 7 Vita TV gaming handheld jump over to the Gametech website, although you will need to use translation software if your understanding of Japanese is as good as mine.
Unfortunately no information on pricing or worldwide availability has been released as yet by GameTech for the DekaVita 7, but as soon as information comes to light we will keep you updated as always.
