Sony PlayStation gamers looking forward to tasting the action in the new Dark Souls II game which is currently being developed, are sure to be pleased to learn that the Dark Souls II Beta will be available this weekend to download from the PlayStation store.
The new Dark Souls II gems is currently being developed by From Software and is the highly anticipated sequel to the popular 2011 game of the same name. Check out the games trailer after the jump to see what you can expect from the gameplay.
Sony explains: Date: Sunday 27th October – Time: 7:00am to 10:00am GMT
“The Dark Souls II beta is now available for download ahead of the server test and can be found in the ‘Exclusives’ section on the PlayStation Plus store. We recommend that you download the beta ahead of the server opening to maximise your gameplay time, as the Dark Souls II beta is not playable outside of the above server test times.”
As well as making available the Dark Souls II Beta, Sony has also announced that the Destiny of Spirits Beta is now available to download for their PS Vita handheld console and is now available to download directly from PlayStation Store to enjoy.
The Destiny of Spirits Beta servers will be available for gamers to enjoy from 6am GMT today until 6am on Friday 1st November, giving you plenty of time to get a feel for the new game and its gameplay mechanics.
