The CynogenMod team are working on releasing CynogenMod 9 to a wide range of supported Android devices, if you wondering whether or not your device will run CyanogenMod 9, the team behind it have released a handy chart which explains which devices will get CM9.
You can see that chart below which will help you work out whether or not your Android smartphone or tablet will support CyanogenMod 9.
As you can see from the chart if your Android device has less than 512MB of RAM then it wont get CyanogenMod 9, you can find out more information over at Google+.
