GIGABYTE has this week unveiled a new mining motherboard specifically designed for crypto currency mining, offering a massive 12 PCIe slots. Enabling owners to install up to twelve graphics cards, all of which can be used to mine a wide variety of different crypto currencies.
Even though the price of bitcoin and other crypto currencies seems to rise and fall daily it doesn’t seem to be stopping miners from purchasing hardware and graphics cards. Graphics card prices are now the highest they’ve been for quite some time, as a result of the crypto currency mining boom that has taken place over the last 12 months and the detriment of gamers looking to purchase graphics cards for the new gaming rigs.
Features of the new GA-B250-FinTech mining motherboard include 12 PCIe Slots Perfect for cryptocurrency mining, Dual 12V AUX power connector for PCIe slots, support for both 7th/ 6th Generation Intel Core Processors, which can be supported by Dual Channel Non-ECC Unbuffered DDR4 via 4 DIMM slots.
Together with 8-channel HD Audio with High Quality Audio Capacitors, Audio Noise Guard with LED Trace Path Lighting, Realtek GbE LAN with cFosSpeed Internet Accelerator Software, Smart Fan 5 features Multiple Temperature Sensors and Hybrid Fan Headers and APP Center Including EasyTune and Cloud Station Utilities.
