Google has this month launched a new service called Chromebox For Meetings, that has been created to make it easier for businesses to engage in video teleconferencing using the Google Chrome OS software.
Chromebox For Meetings has been created to allow user to meet with others via a video link on any Chrome OS device, allowing up to 15 participants to be joined together via video feeds within one easy to control meeting user interface.
Google has designed their new Chromebox For Meetings to be easy to set up and it requires just one simple click from a remote to start a conversation with another participant. Removing the need for any fiddly dialling codes to be used as on other systems.
Google has included features that makes it easier for you to collaborate with team members and share documents during the meeting. Chromebox For Meetings Is available to purchase with packages starting at just under $1,000 which includes the first years $250 management and support fee, that will be required on an annual basis to use the service from the end of year one onwards
