Belkin has announced that it has struck a deal with Cisco to purchase the company’s Linksys home router business, which will give the company a 30 percent share of the home router and small business networking market in the US.

Belkin’s ultimate goal is to be the global leader in the connected home and wireless networking space and this acquisition is an important step to realizing that vision.”
There are no details as yet on how much Belkin have paid Cisco for Linksys, as soon as we get some more information we will let you guys know.
