Asus has announced their new smartwatch at IFA, the Asus ZenWatch, and the device comes with Google’s Android Wear, and we have all of the specifications on this new smartwatch.
The Asus ZenWatch comes with a 1.63 inch touhcscreen display that has a resolution of 320 x 320 pixels and 278ppi, the display features 2.5D curved Corning Gorilla Glass 3.
Processing on the Asus ZenWatch comes in the form of a quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor with a clock speed of 1.2GHz, the handset also comes with 512MB of RAM and 4GB of built in storage.
Other specifications on the new ZenWatch include Bluetooth 4.0, a bio sensor, a 9 axis sensor, a built in microphone, and the device is water resistant and IP55 rated.
Asus have obviously spent some time thinking about the design of the Zenwatch, the device is crafted using premium materials, and it comes with a leather strap and a quick release clasp.
