Apples Fifth Avenue store in Manhattan is already a fantastic feat of engineering being made up of 90 panes of glass to create the transparent glass cube synonymous to Apple.
But Apple being Apple, the design is soon going to be refined even further reducing the number of panes of glass from 90 down to a minimal 15. Removing the need for quite so many connectors. You can also see below the new glass panel arrangement that has been able to reduce the number of black connectors that are visible in the current Fifth Avenue Apple Store.
