The macOS Sierra 10.12.3 beta has only been released to developers at the moment, it is expected to also be released to members of Apple’s public beta testing program soon.
As yet there are no details on what is included in the macOS Sierra 10.12.3 Beta, as soon as we get some more information we will let you guys know.
