Apple has released a new software update in the form of iOS 9.2 for the iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch, the update brings a number of new features to Apple’s devices.
iOS 9.2 brings some changes to Apple Music, including a number of improvements to creating playlists, saving songs offline and more. There are also a number of bug fixes and performance improvements included in the update.
There is also now a Mail Drop feature in Mail which is designed to make it easier to send large attachments and files.
The update also brings a major change to the Apple News app, Apple has added a new top stories section which will feature the top news of the day, this content will be curated by people from Apple.
The Top News feature in Apple news will be available in the US, UK and Australia at first, the content will be curated by Apple News editors. When the service launched it showed you news based on your facvourite sites.
You can now download the latest iOS software update for you iPhone, iPad an iPod Touch by going to Settings > General > Software update on your iOS device, the update is about 240MB in size depending on your device.
